Shipping and Returns
We offer freight cost 12 EUR to all countries in the world where Dale of Norway delivers (unless otherwise specified).
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Check with your local customs websites for more information.
We also provide free shipping on returns.
Your order will be prioritized, packed and shipped as soon as possible.
Shipping time will be 1-4 working days after the package leaves Dale.
We use Klarna, and PayPal as payment providers for international orders. All payments goes through them.
We are not able to take payments over phone or email.
All goods for return have to be returned by 30 days after the package has been received
We cannot change a purchase for you.
If you need to change a purchase to an other size, you will need to return the product and get a refund. And then order the correct size yourself in the web shop.

- You will receive a return label on e-mail.This gives you free shipping on return. If you want to choose a different shipping method than our return label, it is obviously up to you.
- Deliver it to the nearest DHL delivery point or contact DHL for collection.
Once we have processed the return, the payment provider provides for a refund. The refund will be made within 7-14 business days after we have notified the customers of the refund.
In order to be refunded the full amount by return / cancellation, the item will be returned in the same state as when you received it. That is, in the original packaging, with all tags hanging on, without odor or marks.
If you return a used item, we will evaluate the value of the product and repay the value of the item. An item without original labels or with odor / marks will be considered as used and the entire amount will not be eligible for repayment.
When do I get the payment for my return?
Your return will be refunded within 5-10 business days after we have received the return.
This is taken into account processing time on our end, and with the payment provider.
